Pitman Photo saved the day for me. I had to travel from the lower keys to obtained Canadian size passport photos. No one in the lower keys could assist me with the photos specs and details required by Canada. I called to verify they could assist me and I didn’t need an appointment. I arrived after my long 3.5 hour drive, met with a warm smile and excellent service by Hector. He was able to get the photos done and they would have been available within the hour but I opted to come back the following day so I could check into my hotel. When I arrived at noon, my photos were ready to go. I was able to look at them first and verify they were the right specs. The photos were excellent quality. I will do business with Pitman Photo again. Thank you Hector! -Ginger And The Sea :p

The staff is super knowledgeable and very friendly. They have a great selection of cameras and accessories. Also a great selection of 35mm film.

I had an issue with a firmware update. They were very helpful and got my firmware update done quickly. Everyone at the store is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I went to Pitman with a photo file that I wanted printed in a rather large format. Certainly larger than the JPEG I supplied supported. Nevertheless, they applied their software magic and produced a print that was beautifully clear and sharp. I am beyond pleased. That the price was reasonable, was bonus. There is a reason these folks have been in business forever.

I went in to get my camera looked at fully thinking I’d be dropping $3,000 plus for a new one and upon handing it over to Gipsy, she immediately fixed it I left still wanting to upgrade anyway because of the environment. Will be returning to do so!

Great place to see take a look at new lenses and products you need for your camera. They will let you try them on your own camera so you can see if it's right for you. Not pushy, very relaxed experience. Lots to choose from. Helped me pick out my lens with confidence. They even offer warranties for purchase.
